Outstanding balances must be settled before or on the completion date of the service.

Clients can cancel services by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Ensure access to the premises for cleaning or logistics services as scheduled.

Keyaikitse Holdings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
